今回の記事ではエンジンのポテンシャルを更に引き出す為のキャブレーターチューンナップに挑戦です。I use PWK28M made in Keihin Corporation. It is a general-purpose carburetor developed for 2 stroke engine races. If it was very difficult to give setting, I heard a rumor, but torque lived a life fully without our suffering. The accidental fire disappears by the some setting error if concerned with an ignition school. Rather I want to be concerned with the ignition because I raise compression by a turn among in that I can thicken air-fuel ratio to an extremity and can tie it with a high turn thin. As for what is taken up as a demerit, air-fuel ratio changes by a season. Which the "idling of the rumor does not fall" to is stable when I bring the play of the throttle cable close to 0. I am more stable when I seal it in an expansion and contraction tube because I breathe the second air from the root of the cable. Idling fell in TM24. Terrible experiences called which a "throttle sticks to happen well at this humid time". When this symptom appeared, the main body of carburetor is sweaty by all means. The symptom was cured when I painted a flat valve of the plating with lithium soap grease. Paint too much; attention.
It is a challenge to a carburetor tune nap to draw the potential of the engine more by this article.

ガソリンが均一に散布される気がしたのでファンネル状に削りました。レスポンスが向上している気がします。パワーバンドが手前に増えた感じがしました。

以上の加工を行うとガソリンの混合比が濃くなる傾向です。私の場合は(中回転巡航からスロットルを回した時のみ)失火が見られてニードルクリップを下げました。メインジェットも複数加工してセッティングを変えると更なる効果が現れるかもしれません。インプレッションは一つずつ試した結果です。
全加工前に比べて下から上まで非常にスムーズです。体感がしっかり出来たカスタムでした。

I used a router of 1,750 yen(20dollar) that I purchased at Yahoo Auctions for processing. I was poor in contact and stopped, but moved obediently whether it was a loser lottery when I soldered it again. Because I work more than a price if I can maintain it, I am recommended. A tool is a tool doing a delusion practically.
